Installation was a pain. Not easy to install at all it's hard to get the blinds into it's bracket. Tried multiple times and no success.

Best feature to me on these was the track guide to stop cold air leakage coming around the sides...something to consider if you are trying to minimize heat loss through 84 square feet of of picture windows!

I recently purchased six ComforTrack Translucent Double Cell Shades. We are completely satisified. The shades were fairly easy to install, once you figure out the instructions. The shades were installed in our bedrooms. They are very handsome, work well, and really do provide added insulation. My wife and son both agree that our rooms are warmer.

We are so happy with this purchase. Our home is incredily drafty and is very difficult to keep warm but we noticed a difference with the warth in the rooms right away with these blinds. I was very nervous to purchase blinds online but they are beautiful and exceeded all my expectations. My favorite feature is the top down option which I didn't think I would enjoy as much as I do!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
